After some thinking we have decided to move to Babak. The city there the markets, shops and the boats is. This saturday we were looking at different places but didn´t find anything we liked until we came to Tess place. Tess own some houses just outside Babak in the nature. Her brother and some workers is building two small nice apartments close to each other and the moving date for us will be on the 25th of december. The apartment will have one bedroom, livingroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Also we will have our own washmachine, yeah, that make me so happy. No more washing clothes by hand, ha ha. Outside the apartment it will be a small terrace for us and also we have a very nice garden with grass and a beautul tree in the middle. The dogs can run and play outside in the garden as much as they want. There is a wall around the property so it feels secure and safe also for the dogs. I am looking forward to it and is counting the days now, want to move in as soon as possible…

Nature and some animals around us…
Love these animals. The cow we see from our house and two days ago this cute pig crossed our garden with its owner. Love that pig and I always say hi to him. My dogs have got a new friend, they like each other. Elvira and Emma enjoys the life here and do what they want all day. I don´t take walks with them here, they take their own small walks. Here you see the nature around the house there we live with all the coconut trees…
Some pictures from today, one of the beaches here at Samal Island
My dog Elvira has been very sick
Elvira got Parvo when we came to the Philippines. I saw she didn´t feel well but it got worse and worse so last saturday at 8 in the morning I had to take her to the veterinary. Blood was coming out of her and she was exhausted. So we called our driver Anthony and he took us to our city Babak at the island by his motorbike. The veterinary was very good, a young girl and she gave her all the treatments she needed to stop the blood that was coming out of her. Animals often dies of Parvo and in Spain she didn´t get the vaccines for it by her veterinary. Today both my dogs got the vaccines for it and after two weeks the will have another injection and then everything will be okey. No more Parvo! This photo is from yesterday and she is running and playing in our garden…
George training in our garden
Yesterday we went to the city Davao with another boat only for passengers
We took one of these funny boats from a harbour close to the other place we use to take the fairy. Also you can see the blue benches for people, waiting for the boat. It´s very warm here so shadow is necessary. Two men were singing and playing a small guitar on the boat, quite nice and they got some tip. The boattrip was good but when we came to the small harbour in Davao we were shocked. It smelled awful, was so dirty, people everywhere selling things, a lot of dogs, music, food they, fish meat, vegetables, peanuts and a lot more. And people lives in the middle of it in houses they built themselves. They often live in the same place there they have their small shops, food or other things. We had to pass all the market before we reached the taxi that took us to the big mall. I felt sick when I walked there. We both said, we will not take the same boat back, so we took the fairy instead. The fairy also take cars to our island Samal. It´s much bigger and we sit upstairs on chairs. As you can see we bought some things we needed. George fixed a nice yellow tricycle for us in the harbour when we arrivesd, that took us home to the house in the djungle..
The woman who works in our garden…
Here I lived in Sweden on the westcoast!
The house belongs to my ex boyfriend. It´s a beautiful house and close to the sea. Now it´s forsale and I hope some nice people will buy it. Everything has it´s time and when you close one door a new one opens. My memory is filled with happy moments from this place since I spent 14 years here. In summertime it´s wonderful there with a lot of flowers in the garden…

We visited this Resort two days ago…
Some funny pictures and our motorcykel driver Anthony!
The little girl had her “siesta”, a midafternoon snooze in the hammock with her family around at the terrace. They take what they have and make the best of it and the girl slept good in there. Really amazing! The most philippin people doesn´t like the sun and covers them self with clothes all over to get shadow, even the face sometimes. Umbrella when they are going with the tricycles is common too! Here you also see a hole family on the motorbike, This is normal and up to 5 persons can sit at the same time, no problem for the philippines. This is the biggest “mall” at our island, I found some things I needed.
Anthony is a young guy, he lives in our neighbourhood and drives us when he is not in school. They shall be in school until 16 in the afternoon but often the teachers wants to do something else after a couple of hours and the children can go home. Shopping can be very exiting also for a teacher in the city Davao, ha ha. If Anthony is not avalible we call someone else to drive us. The people here is very helpful!
